​  ​​ With a long-term vision of reestablishing morality, respect, and family values into our communities, Community Halls opens to the public as a variety of building projects are already in progress throughout the Outdoor Grounds.  The ground level of Community Halls invites the public to explore an organized system of professional demonstrations using the "Freedom to Learn Methodology," where individuals can gain skills by participating in fun interactive demonstrations.  It is the goal for the first stage of the program's development to reduce criminal, dangerous, and mischievous behaviors within the community by providing the public with more productive outlets, community resources, family support services, social enrichment, and educational challenges.  Changes being measured include vandalisms, drinking and driving accidents, drug usage, domestic violence, child abuse reports, and various other crimes resulting from boredom or limited resources.  In-Sourcing Support Services will also be available for individuals suffering from depression, for those who feel lost or abandoned, and for returning soldiers having difficulty adjusting to civilian life.

   The next stage of development welcomes the Higher Education and Religious Institutions into the New Tradetions program as the doors into the Sacred Realm on the Upper Level finally opens.  The community can freely explore more intense knowledge, discover unknown skills and experience modernized lessons through interactive "Total-Truth-Telling" activities in areas such as History, Culture, Health, Sciences, Humanities, Literature, Math, Government, Religions, Evolutions, and a variety of other captivating curiosities.  Sponsoring colleges and religious institutions introduce the public to basic highlights about each chosen subject, share the latest innovations currently influencing the field, assist students to develop reasonable education plans, host academic challenges for students to earn scholarships, inspire individuals to find their paths in life, and to seek out gifted visionaries with the potential of revolutionizing an industry.  During basic demonstrations and introductory courses, students can build upon their Professional Portfolio by tracking skills acquired, training hours, accomplishments and recommendations.  Colleges are permitted to advertise and recruit, and churches can proudly practice their faiths in the individual sanctuaries or teach the public about the history of their faith using the "Walk of Faith" Hallway.  With observations becoming a key practice at this stage, disruptive and dangerous behaviors can be observed by professionals and a recommendation to escalate the Ventilation Process, where redirection methods, interventions and out-sourcing supports may result.

    At the fourth level of development, the root causes of individual problems have already surfaced and most of the community is working towards their personal and professional goals.  With a mission of building a deeper understanding of those who remain isolated, New Tradetions will help those who feel outcasted to establish a sense of belonging within the community using innovative programs to teach individuals how to build relationships.  The Foster Family Program has recently opened on the fourth floor for the supervised Senior~Orphan Pairing Services, and the Realignment Living Program for recovering addicts, transitioning soldiers, and domestic violence victims begins to accept professional referrals for serious applicants.  Professionals working with troubled youths and the "Unreachable" population must enter a period of strict disciplines where safety measures, intense observations and reactionary studies are implemented to develop the tools to resolve Humanitarian Mysteries.  This research leads to a deeper understanding of emotional expressive responses, genetic character coding, natural family planning, and the 3-generational correction process.  Mobile Science Technology also evolves, where vehicles sense and communicate environmental changes, include modern conveniences (refrigerator, food warmer, sink, toilet, etc.), and GPS radars an scan weather, traffic, pedestrian sensory, and other obstacle alternatives into one mapping system.

  With the adoption of the most updated methods, tools, technologies, disciplines, and human understandings, a large majority of today's current problems have been addressed at this point in time and in the Resolution Process.  Knowing that all of the goals which have been accomplished is only a plan to "Clean Up" the humanitarian messes, most obstacles have been organized and prioritized, so we can finally begin to see a vision of hope for tomorrow's world, to plan strategies to achieve the unimagined, and to embrace all that life has to offer by evolving the human race!   Long-term Innovation Projects include Environmental Reaction studies, Biological Breakthroughs, Vitamin-Enriched and Anti-Aging Clothing, the development of the Sky-Way, Magnetic Mobility to prevent collisions, "Soft" Landing studies, Robotic Assistants & Guidelines, Long-Term Fuel and Living facilities for space preparations, Mode-Changing Technologies, Spiritual/Soul Sciences, Time-Influence studies, Light-Speed Research, and Innovations now far beyond the Imagination.  

   As Ventilation techniques and challenges are commonly demonstrated for the public, the Athletic Adventure Arena on the Lower Level finally opens to the public.  Because rapidly advancing technology continues to change career options, local businesses and industry leaders are invited to sponsor work stations and become more involved with the improvement of the community, while professional opportunities can be modernized and more interactive.  Not only can businesses build relations with the public and advertise products to prospective customers, but individuals can demonstrate their professional skills to employers through a variety of skill-building display challenges to earn Mentorship, Scholarship, and even Employment Opportunities.  By offering more personable business interactions to the public, these "Working Interviews" will allow employers to make more informed hiring decisions, individuals can add the experiences to their professional portfolio, and professionals will be more fulfilled in their career choices.  As more effective opportunities present themselves, the long-term need for Entitlement Programs will decrease dramatically, and any remaining Human Rights violations and concerns will finally be addressed by the implementation of  the Corruption Board, the Community Action Committees, and the public can easily be notified of determinations through the Community Awareness CAMPAIGN.
